Free gives you all CLI tools with full features. Pro adds hosted CI/CD services (automated PR gating, Slack alerts, team dashboards), unlimited usage for high-volume teams, and priority support. The CLI tools themselves work the same way in both tiers.
For the free tier, no license key is needed — just install and run. When Pro launches, you'll set a DEVFORGE_LICENSE_KEY environment variable (JWT-based) to unlock hosted services. No account or login required.

Yes. The MIT license allows commercial use. You can use all CLI tools in your company's CI/CD pipelines, on your servers, and in your products. The only restriction is that you can't resell the tools themselves as your own product.
